Most homeowners do not consider lawn maintenance to be dangerous. However lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers and other power equipment can cause minor to severe burns and lacerations, broken and dislocated bones, eye injuries and loss of fingers, toes and legs. You can avoid accidents like these by following the safety guidelines in this publication. (3 pp.)
